We are offering a variety of popular Armenian and Persian breads that are used as staple breads throughout the worlds. These delicious breads are baked daily using natural ingredients.

Sandwich Bread
Sandwich Bread or also known by our clients as a Long Bread. It is made of natural ingredients including flour, water, yeast, and salt. It is served as bread with other foods or in the form of sandwiches.

Lavash is a very popular authentic Armenian bread. Its main ingredients are flour, water, and salt. It is cholesterol and preservative free. Lavash is enjoyed as bread with other foods or to make rolled sandwiches. Dry Lavash can be used like a cracker for soups, hummus, or other dips.

Barbari is a type of Persian flatbread made of flour, water, yeast, and salt. It does not have any cholesterol or preservatives. Barbari is especially delicious when it is freshly baked and warm, which is available at our bakery every morning. Fresh Barbari with feta cheese makes a very delicious combination.

Raisin Bread
Raisin Bread is made of flour, milk, sugar, eggs, water, yeast, salt, and raisins.

Whole Wheat Bread
Whole Wheat Bread is healthy and provides an additional source of fiber.

Matnakash is a traditional soft Armenian bread. It has similar ingredients to Barbari. It is softer than Barbari and also very delicious.

Pouri means bread in Georgian. Pouri is soft and puffy. Just like other breads baked by us, Pouri bread is made of natural ingredients and is very delicious.
